Please read these terms carefully before using NamathuPark. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related Indian laws. By registering or using NamathuPark, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

By downloading, installing, registering with, or using the NamathuPark Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and delete the application from your device. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of those changes.
Minor Users: NamathuPark is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. By using this Platform, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account immediately.
NamathuPark provides an intermediary technology platform that facilitates:
NamathuPark acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. The Company does not own, operate, control, or manage any of the parking spaces listed on the Platform. The contractual relationship for the actual parking service is between the Driver and the Partner directly. NamathuPark is not a party to that agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
To use core features of NamathuPark, you must register an account. Registration requires providing a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based verification via Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at namathuparksupport@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
As a User, you agree to:
Drivers may browse available slots and make bookings through the Platform. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by the Platform. Slot availability is subject to real-time changes and the Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific slot.
Pricing for parking slots is set by Partners and displayed on the Platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. NamathuPark charges a commission on each completed booking as per the rate communicated to Partners at the time of onboarding. The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a regulated payment gateway authorised under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and governed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. Supported payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment gateway's processing timeline.
Any payment disputes must be raised with NamathuPark within 48 hours of the booking end time by writing to namathuparksupport@gmail.com. The Company will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
Partners must provide accurate information about their parking space, including location, capacity, operating hours, pricing, and any restrictions. Partners represent and warrant that they have the legal right to list and rent out the parking space, whether as owner, lessee, or authorised agent.
Partners agree to:
NamathuPark will collect payments from Drivers and disburse the Partner's earnings (net of commission) to the Partner's registered bank account on a periodic basis as communicated during onboarding. Partners must provide valid KYC documentation as required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
Partners are solely responsible for any damage to a Driver's vehicle that occurs on their premises, for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, and for compliance with applicable laws. NamathuPark is not liable for any disputes arising between a Driver and a Partner regarding physical damage, theft, or access issues.
The Valet Module facilitates valet parking services through NamathuPark's tie-up with certified private limited companies. By using the Valet Service:
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and where applicable, legal action.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the NamathuPark name, logo, software, design, content, and trademarks, are exclusively owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of any Content they submit to the Platform but grant NamathuPark a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
NamathuPark's rights are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by NamathuPark's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NamathuPark, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes.
Users may raise grievances under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. NamathuPark shall acknowledge any registered consumer grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days. Grievances may be sent to namathuparksupport@gmail.com.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
NamathuPark may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
You may delete your account at any time by contacting namathuparksupport@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding payment obligations (if any) shall survive termination.
NamathuPark reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to registered Users via push notification or email and will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
